* To deliver this feature, we provide a new Resolutions custom field. To ensure the proper functioning of the original Resolution field, the following actions must be taken:

  1. The original Resolution field should be set to non-editable or hidden (not available in the layout) if required.

  2. On the relevant screens (Create and Edit), the Resolutions custom field must be used instead of the original Resolution field.

  3. An additional global automation rule must be configured to set the original Resolution field.

** According to the latest information from Atlassian, all sites will be moved to the new Transition View on Tuesday, April 8, 2025. Starting from that day, this feature will be fully supported.
