Priority Scheme for Customer Portal is supported in versions of JIRA Service Desk:

  • 3.3

Version 1.3.8+ of Extended Schemes for JIRA is Required!

Scheme for Issue Type connected with Request Type will be used.


 


Go to JIRA Administration



 

Go to Add-ons Tab



 

Go to Manage add-ons in ATLASSIAN MARKETPLACE section



 

Find and install Extended Schemes for Customer Portal Add-on


Remember about having Jira Service Management Installed




 

Check if Add-on was installed successfully



Add Priority field to Visible fields on particular Request Type and create Request on Customer Portal
