JIRA Service Desk (agents perspective) is suppored in general.

Priority Scheme for Customer Portal is supported in versions of JIRA Service Desk:

  • 2.4.1 - 2.5.9
  • 3.0
  • 3.1
  • 3.2

Go to JIRA Administration



 

Go to Add-ons Tab



 

Go to Manage add-ons in ATLASSIAN MARKETPLACE section



 

Find and expand Extended Schemes for JIRA.



 

Expand list of plugin modules



 

Find and Enable 'Priority Scheme Web Resource for JSD' if you are using JSD 3.1 or earlier.
Use 'Priority Scheme Web Resource for JSD 3.2+' if you are using JSD 3.2 or later.

Both modules are disabled (grey) by default.
