Resolution Compliance Audit Report

Navigate to list of Resolution Compliance Audit Reports

1. Go to 'Manage your apps'

2. Go to 'Extended Schemes' menu item

3. Go to 'Compliance Audit' in 'Resolution Reports'

4. A list of reports will appear

  • Run Time indicates when the report started.
  • Duration shows how long it took to generate the report.
  • Created by specifies who initiated the report run.
  • Autogenerated means the report was launched automatically according to a set schedule.

Global Context indicates that the report was run from Global Administration for all projects using an Issue Type Resolution Scheme. If a project name appears in this column, it means the report was run within that project and contains only issues from that project.

Number of Errors represents the number of issues with a resolution that differs from the allowed resolutions in an Issue Type Resolution Scheme.

If the report contains no errors, report details are not available.

Report Details: Click on the date in the Run Time column or the Errors link to view the report details.

The same report details from the list are also available on the report page, including Run Time (in the header), Duration, Errors, and Created by.

For each combination of Project, Issue Type, and Resolution that does not match the scheme, the following information is provided:

  • Number of Issues where this resolution is set.
  • Available Resolutions, which lists the resolutions allowed in the scheme.

From this view, it is possible to migrate all issues from one resolution to another.

After clicking the links in the Issues column, a new tab will open with the JQL results for these issues.

2. Migrate Resolutions

In the last column, Resolutions, it is possible to migrate all issues to a different resolution.

After clicking one of the available resolutions, a popup will appear.

Clicking the Migrate button will update all issues with the new resolution.

After clicking the link with issues, a new tab will open with the JQL results for these issues.
